Finding helpful mental health websites and onward to employment

This post is meant to serve as a stimulus for self-help. Written by a person who struggles to find
employment in the present recession AND  who has been fighting a long term mental health
condition.
There two main strands here are:
  • Finding work
  • Managing our mental health condition
It is my belief that if we become expert at managing our health then we increase the chances of
finding meaningful employment that is good for us.

It means we are doing our best no matter what happens to raise our self esteem and gives us a
inner goal to succeed even if we are experiencing failure all around us.

Family and friends are our main support in hard times because they love us for who we are.
When we look outside this circle we need to tread carefully in order to find bonefide help.

So I would like to research the web for clues to self-managing our mental health and stimulate
other sufferers to do the same .
